Refund and Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and unworn, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Please retain the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@osuwedding.com. Kindly note that returns should be sent to the following address: 84 Western ave, Auburn, ME 04210.
Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon delivery and promptly contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.
Exchanges:
To expedite receiving the item you desire, we recommend returning the current item and making a separate purchase for the new one once your return is processed.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
In addition to the above policy, if the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without any justification. Similar to other returns, the item must be in unused, unworn condition, with tags and original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@osuwedding.com.
